ABOUT MY APPROACH

Relational therapy, rooted in authenticity.

My approach is person-centred, integrative and trauma-informed. I offer a compassionate space to explore your experiences, heal old wounds, and move towards a more connected and authentic way of being.

How I work

A relational, trauma informed approach

My work is integrative and rooted in the Person-Centred Approach, shaped by relational psychotherapy, somatic awareness and trauma-informed practice.

I draw from approaches including Compassionate Inquiry, Emotion-Focused Therapy and experiential methods, adapting therapy to each person’s unique needs and lived experience.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and listen more closely to your emotional world, nervous system responses and patterns of relating. Together, we create a collaborative and compassionate space where greater self-understanding and meaningful change can emerge.

What to Expect

Before we meet
The first session
A regular pace

I offer a free 15 minute introductory call. This gives us a chance to briefly explore what brings you to therapy, ask any questions, and see whether working together feels right for you. There is no obligation to continue.

The first session offers a gentle space to explore what is currently happening in your life, what has brought you to therapy, and what you hope for from the process. You are invited to share only what feels comfortable, at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we begin building a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, collaboration and curiosity, while gently exploring any experiences you may wish to bring into the space.

Therapy is offered on an open ended basis, allowing space for depth, reflection and meaningful change over time. Together, we can find a pace that feels supportive and sustainable for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is each session?

Therapy sessions last for 60 minutes. Many clients choose to meet weekly, particularly at the beginning of therapy, while others prefer fortnightly sessions. Over time, some people move towards more spacious maintenance sessions, depending on their needs and circumstances.

What are your fees and cancellation policy?

Sessions are £55 for 60 minutes. I also offer a limited number of concession spaces, which we can discuss during our initial conversation. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are charged at the full session fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you.

Who is therapy for?

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of life experiences and emotional difficulties, including trauma, adverse childhood experiences, anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, neurodivergence, chronic illness, grief, and personal development. Therapy offers a space for reflection, understanding and support, whatever may be bringing you here.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. I currently offer online therapy sessions via secure video platforms, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

How long will I need therapy for?

There is no fixed timeline for therapy. Some people come for short term support around a particular difficulty, while others choose longer term open ended work that allows for deeper reflection and exploration. Together, we can regularly review what feels supportive for you.
